Shadow Valley Dental Group has a dependable ‘no surprises’ philosophy. Treatment options with fees are openly discussed and prior to any service rendered, a flexible, interest free payment plan will be offered. A 5% accounting adjustment is allowed when fees are in excess of $500 and are paid in full by cash or check (3% for credit card) on or before the day of the scheduled appointment.

For your convenience we accept cash, checks, Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express as well as CareCredit. We accept payment from nearly all dental insurance companies. Our administrative team promises to maximize your insurance benefits and make any remaining balance manageable.
Your dental payment plan is a form of compensation provided by your employer. You can expect the carrier (insurance company) to compensate for a portion of our fee. That portion is determined by the contract between your employer and the insurance company. The higher the premium paid by your company, the more generous the reimbursement. Although we are not a party to the contractual arrangement with your insurance company, with the exception of Delta Dental, we are committed to helping you receive the maximum payment to which you are entitled.
As a convenience to you, we will create, submit, and process your insurance claims for you and follow up so that your receive the maximum benefit. We will also provide dental x-rays and a written diagnostic report should your insurance company have any questions about the services provided. At all times you can be confident that we will provide you with the most beneficial treatment without regard to the limitation of your insurance coverage. To do otherwise would violate our commitment to caring for you as we would our own family.
