Schedule a New Patient Appointment

We always welcome new patients to our practice. Our practice has grown mostly through referrals from our loyal patients. Our new patient coordinator, Kristine, will do everything possible to make scheduling your first appointment a pleasant experience. To schedule a new appointment, you may:

Call our office at (419)865-3085 from 8:15am to 5:15pm Monday through Friday. Just tell the person who answers your call that you would like to speak with Kristine to discuss and schedule a new patient exam.
You can also email us at newappt@shadowvalleydental.com. If you want us to call you, please include your phone number, and times when it would be convenient for us to call.

Kristine will be happy to tailor your first visit to your needs. It is her responsibility to make your new patient exam as pleasant as possible without any surprises!
